Dewi Westenberg

Dewi joined the business unit Corporate Law of Holla legal & tax in November 2018. Her main focus is advising on and drafting of national and international commercial contracts, such as agency, distribution, and franchise agreements. In addition, Dewi is a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions team.

In 2018 Dewi graduated cum laude for her master’s in corporate law at Tilburg University. During her studies, she spent six months studying in Milan at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, where she focused on international and European corporate law, financial law, and contract law.

When working on a matter, commitment is of paramount importance to Dewi. She will always give a case the attention it deserves. In addition, Dewi likes to work meticulously and precisely, ensuring that the contractual documentation is not only legally correct but that it is also workable in practice.
