Annabel van Iersel

Annabel has joined the corporate law team of Holla legal and tax in March 2022. Within her expertise, she mainly focuses on commercial contracts, litigation, and M&A. Before joining Holla, Annabel worked as a lawyer in Amsterdam.

Solving problems and achieving results are Annabel’s main focus points in her work as a lawyer. She has a proactive attitude, is driven and has a no-nonsense mentality. In addition, Annabel is enthusiastic and committed, and she enjoys the personal contact with all parties involved in a matter.

Annabel was raised in an entrepreneurial family, which is why her choice to specialise in corporate law was a logical one for her.
