Alissa van Tongerloo

Alissa has worked for Holla legal & tax since September 2014 and she specialises in corporate law. Within this field, she mainly deals with commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions. She is a member of the transition Team, where she focuses on (international) contracts and the legal design of innovative collaborations.

Alissa’s strength lies in her involvement, she enjoys exploring the operational activities of a company and is curious about her client’s interests. This knowledge enables her to fully understand the envisioned collaboration and goals, which she can then put to paper. No overly complicated contracts with outdated language, but practical, clear, and legally sound documents.

Because Alissa grew up in an entrepreneurial family, her choice for corporate law was hardly surprising. After all, the apple rarely falls far from the tree. In her chosen fields of expertise, she is able to combine her fascination for entrepreneurship with her love of the law.
