Package 2: Designs

Includes:

Design registration by an experienced lawyer, specialised in intellectual property law

Advice on scope of the design protection

Advice on selection of images

Submission design application

Design registration for 5 years, extendable to a maximum of 25 years

For EU registered designs: valid in 27 countries

For Benelux registered designs: valid in the 3 Benelux countries

*Above fees are ex VAT and include the fees that are charged by the respective registration authorities, fees for administrative filing, processing of the application and any advice on the trademark classes or selection of drawings/designs, as well as the exchange of ideas on this subject.

Complications may arise during or after the registration of your trademark or design (examples are a (proposed) refusal of trademark registration or invalidity proceedings). Any work that results from such a situation is not included in the package fee. In principle, we will charge the applicable hourly fee of the lawyer working on your case, based on the time spent working on it.

If you wish to register several designs at the same time, the per design fees of the design office will decrease. The total costs of filing will also be lower. Please contact us for an overview of the applicable fees.

Different rates apply for emergency deposits.
