Personal injury

In the event of personal injury, nevertheless, it is important to determine whether somebody is liable for the harm caused to you. In that case, you can count on our specialists of the Liability, Insurance & Compensation Department to assist you in reaching a fair settlement. Their efforts are focused on obtaining compensation for costs incurred, loss of working capacity, domestic help and non-economic damage. The aim, if possible, is to effect a return to the original situation, for example through retraining and reintegration in the labour process. With a view to intelligent choices and considerations, Holla Advocaten works together with external, independent medical advisers and employment experts.
Holla Advocaten is home to the largest Liability, Insurance & Compensation Department of the southern Netherlands. Nearly all the lawyers in this department are members of the LSA, the Dutch Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
