Labour law / public servants law
Our firm’s labour law lawyers try to come up with the best solution to every labour-law related issue. This may involve giving advice on individual and collective labour agreements, providing legal assistance in dismissal procedures or drawing up a redundancy programme. Our specialists know the ins and outs of employee participation law, non-competition clauses, disability benefit schemes and the termination of employment contracts.
Our efforts are mainly focused on preventing (lengthy) proceedings. When litigation is unavoidable, however, we commit ourselves to damage control, such as proceedings before the sub-district court or the dismissal committee of the CWI (Centre for Work and Income). All the time, doing everything possible to represent the interests of our clients.
