The specialists of the Company Law Department give advice to and perform litigation on behalf of companies. These services are provided within the context of legal entities, commercial law, general contract law and the general law of obligations.

Concrete issues may concern, for example, the drawing up and evaluation of agreements (shares, takeover, agency, exclusive selling rights, distribution, purchasing, etc.). Or advising and instituting proceedings on grounds of liability (of the director or of another party). Supervising mergers and takeovers, both for the selling and buying party. Performing a due diligence study or a quick scan, but also advising on financing (contracts with bank, security), corporate recovery and bank & securities law are among our daily activities. Furthermore, we draw up tailor-made general terms & conditions, and are regularly engaged in matters involving employee participation, tendering and disputes between shareholders.
