Lieke de Beer was born in 1978 in Breda. After obtaining her gymnasium diploma, she went to study Dutch Law at Tilburg University. She was already employed at a law firm during her studies and after graduating was immediately sworn in as a lawyer.

Lieke specialises in labour law and successfully completed the Grotius specialist labour law training.

Lieke has ample experience in her area of expertise and she assists both employers and employees in all areas of labour law. She is a proven brainstorming partner for management boards and HR officers in the area of reorganisations, among other things, but she also assists them - and employees - in individual dismissal disputes.

Her approach is characterised by swift, practical and solution-oriented thinking. If necessary, she will not shy away from instituting proceedings.
