Daphne van Voorst (1986) was born in Harderwijk in 1986, where she also attended secondary school. After completing her secondary education, she went to study Dutch Law at Utrecht University. After obtaining her Master's degree in 2008, Daphne went to Spain for six weeks to study Spanish in Salamanca, and to undertake a traineeship within the legal profession. Daphne subsequently completed a second Civil Law master's degree in 2010, graduating from the University of Amsterdam.

During her studies, Daphne engaged in various other activities. These included working at the Rechtswinkel legal advice centres in Utrecht and Amsterdam, accepting a traineeship at a large law firm in Utrecht, and undertaking legal work within the commercial business sector and the legal profession.

Since January 2011, Daphne has been a member of the Liability Law, Personal Injury and Insurance Law practice group.
